KMC Electric provided full electrical construction services for Chorus, a new-build, five-story multifamily residential community featuring 116 units. Our scope included power distribution and infrastructure to support two elevators and a VRF mechanical system, along with site lighting throughout the property and EV charging stations for resident use.

Beyond core power systems, KMC Electric installed fire alarm, door access, and CCTV systems to support building safety and security. The project also included electrical support for an underground parking garage, pet spa, raised amenity deck, and laundry rooms — delivering a fully integrated electrical infrastructure for a modern, amenity-rich residential community.
