KMC Electric provided full electrical construction services for this new-build Chase Bank branch in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, delivered as a LEED Silver Certified building. Our scope included power distribution and infrastructure to support a VRF mechanical system, Dain Tree lighting controls, and site lighting throughout the property.

KMC Electric also installed fire alarm systems to support building safety, along with electrical infrastructure for the branch’s specialized spaces, including the reception area, private offices, ATM, vault, drive-thru, and data rooms — delivering a secure, code-compliant electrical build-out tailored to the needs of a modern banking facility.
