KMC Electric is the electrical contractor behind the new Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites, a ground-up, four-story, 106-unit hotel currently under construction with general contractor Brandt Hospitality Group. Our scope covers the property’s full amenity package — including an indoor pool, fitness room, lobby, lounge, market, back-of-house kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, and office space.

The project also includes 120/208 volt switchgear with power monitoring, site lighting, and EV charging stations, all built to meet Denver’s energy code. KMC Electric is additionally handling the fire alarm system, door access, CCTV, A/V, and Panduit-certified cabling for a fully connected, code-compliant property.
