KMC Electric completed the full electrical scope for this new-build, four-story, 125-unit Hampton Inn & Suites in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Our team installed 120/208V switchgear and power distribution to support the hotel’s guest rooms and amenity spaces, including the pool and exterior patio, lounge, fitness room, prep kitchen, meeting rooms, and breakfast area.

Additional scope included site lighting, EV charging stations, and a power monitoring system, all delivered to ASHRAE compliance standards. The result is a reliable, energy-efficient electrical infrastructure built to support a modern, full-service hospitality property.
