KMC Electric is currently providing electrical construction services for this 43,455-square-foot tenant improvement project for the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Our scope includes 277/480V electrical service to support the facility’s power demands, along with custom office lighting design and high bay lighting throughout the warehouse space.

The project encompasses electrical infrastructure for a wide range of specialized spaces, including office space, a conference room, vault, and security areas, as well as warehouse operations supporting printing rooms, sorters, inserters, splicing equipment, compressors, and servers — reflecting KMC Electric’s ability to deliver complex, multi-use electrical systems for a large-scale government facility.
