KMC Electric is currently providing full design-build electrical services for Monona, a new-build, seven-story mixed-use development featuring 357 residential units alongside retail space. Our scope includes power distribution and infrastructure to support a two-level parking garage and four elevators, along with site lighting and EV charging stations throughout the property.

KMC Electric is also installing fire alarm systems to support building safety across this large-scale property. The project’s extensive amenity package requires coordinated electrical support for the underground parking garage, pet spa, golf simulator, club room, co-working rooms, conference rooms, library, social lounge, movie room, maker space, leasing office, mailroom, fitness room, hot tub/sauna room, two amenity decks, and pool — reflecting KMC Electric’s capability to deliver complex, amenity-rich electrical infrastructure on a large mixed-use development.
