KMC Electric completed the electrical construction for this commercial tenant improvement project for Mulcahy Company, delivering 277/480V electrical service to support the space’s power needs. Our scope included office space, a conference room, training facility, and golf simulator room, along with a full bathroom remodel.

The project also featured high-end lighting design throughout, including custom backlighting for a resin art bar in the bar/lounge area — showcasing KMC Electric’s ability to deliver both functional commercial power infrastructure and distinctive, design-forward lighting solutions.
