KMC Electric provided full design-build electrical services for Ratio, a new-build, seven-story mixed-use development featuring 266 residential units alongside retail space and city hall offices. Our scope included power distribution and infrastructure to support a two-level parking garage, three elevators, and a VRF mechanical system, along with site lighting, EV charging stations, and generator/emergency backup systems throughout the property.

KMC Electric also installed fire alarm, door access, CCTV, and AV systems to support building safety and security across this large-scale property. The project’s extensive amenity package required coordinated electrical support for the underground parking garage, pet spa, golf simulator, club room, co-working rooms, cantina, reception area, mailroom, fitness room, sauna room, rooftop patio and entertainment suite, amenity deck, and pool — reflecting KMC Electric’s capability to deliver complex, amenity-rich electrical infrastructure on a large mixed-use design-build project.
