KMC Electric is providing full design-build electrical services for The Haven at Middleton Shores, a new-build, eight-story multifamily community featuring 161 units. Our scope includes power distribution and infrastructure to support a 2.5-level parking garage and elevator, along with site lighting, EV charging stations, and generator/emergency backup systems throughout the property.

KMC Electric is also installing fire alarms, door access, CCTV, and AV systems to support building safety and security. The project’s amenity package requires coordinated electrical support for the underground parking garage, pet spa, mailroom, club room, leasing office space, co-working rooms, fitness room, bike storage, and amenity deck — delivering a fully integrated electrical infrastructure for a modern, amenity-rich residential community.
